Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using any Maximyz Cloud service, course, or platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them in full before enrolling in any program.

Section 1

Introduction

Your agreement with Maximyz Cloud

Welcome to Maximyz Cloud Academy. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online learning platform, courses, and all associated services. These terms and conditions for online courses constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Student”, “User”, or “You”) and Maximyz Cloud.

By visiting our website, registering an account, making a payment, or accessing any course content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all learners, visitors, and users of the Maximyz Cloud platform, regardless of the device, location, or method of access.

Services Offered

What Maximyz Cloud provides to learners

Maximyz Cloud offers a range of professional cloud and DevOps training services. Our platform provides the following:

  • Live Online Training Programs — Instructor-led live classes via Google Meet or similar platforms, including weekend and weekday batches

  • Recorded Video Courses — Self-paced pre-recorded lectures and course materials accessible via your student dashboard

  • Mentorship & Support — Access to industry-experienced mentors, doubt-clearing sessions, and Q&A support

  • Career Support Services — Resume review, mock interviews, LinkedIn profile guidance, and placement assistance

  • Completion Certificates — Digitally verified certificates upon successful course completion and project submission

Maximyz Cloud reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any service at any time. Access to specific features depends on the plan or program purchased.

Section 3

User Accounts

Account creation, responsibility, and security

To access Maximyz Cloud courses and services, you must create an account on our platform. By creating an account, you agree to the following obligations:

  • Accurate Information — You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep it updated

  • Credential Security — You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party

  • Account Responsibility — All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility, whether or not authorized by you

  • One Account Per Student — Each learner is permitted one account. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted

Account Suspension / Termination

Maximyz Cloud reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, shares credentials, misuses platform content, or engages in fraudulent activity — without prior notice and without any refund obligation.

Section 4

Payments & Pricing

Course fees, payment methods, and pricing terms

All payments for Maximyz Cloud courses and programs are subject to the following terms. By completing a payment, you confirm your acceptance of these conditions as part of our course payment policy.

  • Currency — All course fees and registration amounts are listed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR)

  • Pre-Access Payment — Full or applicable payment must be completed before access to any course materials, live sessions, or student resources is granted

  • Registration Fee — A non-refundable registration fee of ₹1,000 is charged to secure your enrollment slot in any program

  • Pricing Changes — Maximyz Cloud reserves the right to update course fees and pricing at any time without prior notice. Existing enrolled students are not affected by price changes

  • Taxes — Displayed prices may or may not include applicable taxes. Any tax obligations under Indian law are the responsibility of the student

Section 5 — Important

No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable

Maximyz Cloud enforces a strict no-refund policy on all payments. This is a core part of our edtech terms and conditions and applies universally to all programs. By making any payment, you irrevocably agree to the following:

Registration Fee — ₹1,000

The ₹1,000 registration amount is non-refundable under any circumstances once payment is confirmed and processed.

Full Course Fee

Once the full or partial course fee is paid, no refund will be issued regardless of the reason, usage status, or completion level.

No refund applies in all of the following situations:

  • Change of mind, personal schedule conflicts, or withdrawal after enrollment

  • Partial or non-attendance of live classes or recorded sessions

  • Dissatisfaction after accessing course content, materials, or live sessions

  • Technical issues on the student’s end (device, internet, browser, etc.)

  • Job changes, relocation, medical conditions, or any other personal reasons

  • Account suspension or termination due to a violation of these Terms

Only Exception — Duplicate Payment (Technical Error)

A refund review may be initiated only in the case of a verified duplicate charge caused by a payment gateway error. Such cases are subject to a formal verification process and may take 7–14 working days to resolve. This is the sole exception.

Section 6 — Very Important

AWS Certification Disclaimer

Exam fees are NOT included in your course

Maximyz Cloud provides training and preparation for AWS certification exams as part of our course curriculum. However, it is critical that all students understand the following distinction before enrolling.

AWS Exam Fees Are NOT Included

Read carefully before enrolling in any certification-track program
  • Your course fee covers training, curriculum, and mentorship only — it does NOT include the AWS certification exam voucher or fee
  • AWS certification exam fees must be paid directly by the student to Amazon Web Services (AWS) through the official AWS certification portal
  • Maximyz Cloud is not responsible for any AWS exam fees, exam scheduling, rescheduling costs, or voucher procurement
  • Exam fees vary by certification level and are set and controlled exclusively by AWS — Maximyz Cloud has no influence over these prices
  • Maximyz Cloud does not guarantee that completing our training will result in passing the AWS certification exam — exam outcomes depend on the individual student’s preparation and effort

Visit the official AWS Training and Certification portal at aws.amazon.com/certification to schedule your exam and complete payment directly with Amazon Web Services.

Section 7

Course Access & Usage

How course access works and what is permitted

Upon successful and confirmed payment, Maximyz Cloud grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content strictly for your personal educational purposes.

  • Access Activation — Course access is granted only after full or required payment has been confirmed. Access is linked to your registered account

  • Personal Use Only — All course content is licensed for your individual use only. Access must not be shared, resold, or transferred to another person

  • No Credential Sharing — Sharing your login credentials with anyone is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund

  • No Content Distribution — Downloading, copying, sharing, or distributing course videos, PDFs, or materials is strictly prohibited and may attract legal action

  • Access Duration — Course access duration is as specified in your enrollment plan. Unless stated otherwise, recorded content access is provided for the duration specified at enrollment

Section 8

Intellectual Property

Ownership of all platform content and materials

All content available on the Maximyz Cloud platform — including but not limited to video lectures, live session recordings, course notes, PDFs, presentation slides, lab exercises, assessments, branding, logos, and website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Maximyz Cloud and is protected under Indian copyright law and applicable international treaties.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public display, or resale of any course material is strictly prohibited

  • Recording live sessions without prior written consent from Maximyz Cloud is not permitted

  • Uploading or sharing Maximyz Cloud content on any third-party platform (YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, Udemy, etc.) is a violation subject to legal action

  • Students retain ownership of their own projects, assignments, and original work created during the course

Section 9

Live Classes Policy

Scheduling, attendance, and recordings

Live classes are a core component of many Maximyz Cloud programs. The following terms govern live class participation and scheduling.

  • Platform — Live sessions are conducted via platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, or similar tools. Session links are shared via email or student dashboard

  • Schedule Changes — Maximyz Cloud reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or modify class timings due to instructor availability, technical issues, or other operational needs. Notice will be provided in advance where possible

  • Recordings — Live class recordings may be made available to enrolled students within 24 hours of the session. Availability is not guaranteed for all programs

  • Attendance Responsibility — Students are solely responsible for attending live sessions on time. Missed classes due to personal reasons do not entitle the student to any refund, rescheduling, or make-up sessions

  • Code of Conduct — Students must maintain respectful and professional behaviour during all live sessions. Disruptive or abusive conduct may result in removal from the session and account suspension

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

What Maximyz Cloud is and is not responsible for

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maximyz Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or services.

  • No Job Placement Guarantee — Maximyz Cloud provides placement support but does not guarantee employment, salary, or job placement after course completion

  • Student-Side Technical Issues — We are not responsible for any issues arising from your internet connection, device compatibility, browser settings, or power failures during classes or assessments

  • Third-Party Platforms — We are not responsible for downtime, outages, or issues on third-party tools like Google Meet, Zoom, payment gateways, or AWS services

  • Exam Outcomes — Maximyz Cloud is not liable for the results of any AWS certification exam, including failed attempts or exam cancellations by AWS

Section 11

Termination of Access

When and why access may be revoked

Maximyz Cloud reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate a student’s access to the platform and all associated services under any of the following circumstances, without prior notice and without any refund:

  • Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions

  • Sharing login credentials or course materials with unauthorized individuals

  • Fraudulent payment, chargebacks, or payment disputes filed without valid reason

  • Disruptive, abusive, or threatening behaviour toward instructors or fellow students

  • Distribution, resale, or unauthorised reproduction of any copyrighted course material

Section 12

Privacy Policy Reference

How we handle your personal data

Your use of Maximyz Cloud services involves the collection and processing of personal information, including your name, email address, contact number, and payment details. All such data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read it carefully to understand how your information is collected, stored, and used. Our Privacy Policy is available on the Maximyz Cloud website.

Maximyz Cloud takes the security of your personal data seriously and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

Section 13

Changes to These Terms

How and when terms may be updated

Maximyz Cloud reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon being published on this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated. Continued use of our platform or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 14

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Legal framework governing this agreement

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or your use of Maximyz Cloud services, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. By using our platform, you consent to this jurisdiction and waive any objections to it.
