Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern how you interact with the Maximyz Cloud platform, website, and all associated digital services. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with these rules.

Acceptance of Terms

Your agreement with Maximyz Cloud

By accessing, browsing, or using the Maximyz Cloud website, mobile application, student dashboard, or any associated digital service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable policies.

These terms apply to all users — whether visitors, registered students, or corporate clients. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of our platform and services.

These Terms of Use are separate from our Terms & Conditions (which cover payments and refunds) and our Privacy Policy. Together, these documents form the complete agreement between you and Maximyz Cloud.

Continuing to use our platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

Website Usage Rules

Acceptable and prohibited platform behaviour

You agree to use the Maximyz Cloud platform strictly in accordance with these rules and all applicable laws. The platform must not be misused in any way that could damage, overburden, or impair its functionality or the experience of other users.

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use

  • Do not engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity on or through our platform

  • Do not upload, transmit, or post any content that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, or harmful

  • Do not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any organisation

  • Report any suspected misuse or security vulnerabilities to our support team promptly

Section 3

User Account Responsibility

Securing your account and credentials

Your Maximyz Cloud account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials at all times.

  • Secure Your Credentials — Use a strong, unique password for your account and never disclose it to anyone, including Maximyz Cloud staff

  • No Account Sharing — Sharing your account login with any other person is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund

  • Notify Us of Breaches — If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at support@maximyzcloud.com

  • Accurate Information — You must provide truthful and up-to-date information at all times. Providing false details during registration is a violation of these terms

Account Sharing = Immediate Suspension

If we detect that multiple users are accessing a single account, or that login credentials have been shared, the account will be suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice and without refund.

Section 4

Content Usage Restrictions

How course materials may and may not be used

All course content made available on the Maximyz Cloud platform — including video lectures, session recordings, notes, PDFs, slides, lab files, and assessments — is licensed for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.

  • No Copying or Reproducing — You may not copy, duplicate, or reproduce any course content in any format, digital or physical

  • No Recording — Recording live sessions, screen-capturing course videos, or saving any platform content without written permission is strictly prohibited

  • No Distribution — Sharing, uploading, or distributing any course material on third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, YouTube, Google Drive, etc.) is a serious violation

  • No Reselling — Selling, sub-licensing, or monetizing any Maximyz Cloud content or access is strictly prohibited and may attract legal action

  • Personal Use Only — Content is licensed for your individual learning journey and may not be used for any commercial or institutional purpose

Section 5 — Strict Rules

Prohibited Activities

Actions that will result in immediate account termination

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Maximyz Cloud platform. Any user found engaging in these activities will have their account immediately terminated, and legal action may be pursued where applicable.

  • Sharing Course Access — Providing your login credentials or access link to another person, even temporarily

  • Selling Course Content — Redistributing, reselling, or sub-licensing any course material, video, or resource for profit

  • Hacking or Disrupting — Attempting to gain unauthorized access, injecting malicious code, launching denial-of-service attacks, or disrupting platform operations

  • Using Bots or Automation — Employing bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools to access, download, or extract content from the platform

  • Fraudulent Chargebacks — Filing payment disputes or chargebacks without legitimate cause after consuming course content

  • Abusive Behaviour — Harassing, threatening, or being abusive toward instructors, support staff, or fellow students

Course Access Policy

When and how access is granted and revoked

Access to Maximyz Cloud courses, materials, and resources is governed by the following rules. Understanding the online course usage rules for access is essential before enrollment.

  • Payment First — Access to any course or program is granted only after successful payment confirmation. No access is provided without payment

  • Personal License — Course access is a personal, non-transferable license. It is bound to the email and account used at the time of enrollment

  • Revocation on Misuse — Access will be immediately revoked without notice or refund if misuse, violation, or prohibited activity is detected

  • Access Duration — Course access duration is as specified in your enrollment details. Maximyz Cloud reserves the right to modify access terms with reasonable notice

Section 7

Third-Party Tools & Platforms

External services used and our responsibilities

Maximyz Cloud may use third-party platforms and tools to deliver its services. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the involvement of these services.

  • Live Class Platforms — Live sessions may be conducted via Google Meet, Zoom, or similar video conferencing tools. Session links are shared through your registered email or dashboard

  • No Liability for Third-Party Issues — Maximyz Cloud is not responsible for outages, data losses, or disruptions caused by third-party platforms including Google Meet, Zoom, payment gateways, or any AWS services

  • Third-Party Terms Apply — When using any third-party tool through our platform, you are also subject to that tool’s own terms of service and privacy policy

Section 8 — Important

AWS Certification Disclaimer

Exam fees are NOT part of your course fee

Maximyz Cloud provides training and preparation for AWS certification exams. However, students must clearly understand the following before enrolling.

AWS Exam Fees Are NOT Included

This applies to all certification-track programs
  • Our course fee covers training, curriculum, mentorship, and support only — AWS exam vouchers or fees are not included
  • AWS certification exam fees must be paid directly to Amazon Web Services via the official AWS Certification portal
  • Maximyz Cloud is not responsible for AWS exam fees, scheduling, rescheduling, or exam cancellations
  • Exam fees are set and controlled exclusively by AWS and may change at any time without notice
  • Completing our training does not guarantee passing any AWS exam — exam outcomes depend entirely on the student

Section 9

Suspension & Termination

When access is revoked and consequences

Maximyz Cloud reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account — without prior notice — for any violation of these Terms of Use or any associated policy.

  • Violating any section of these Terms of Use or Terms & Conditions

  • Sharing login credentials, course access, or platform content with any unauthorized person

  • Attempting to disrupt, hack, or exploit the platform or its infrastructure

  • Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after course access has been granted and used

No Refund on Termination

Accounts terminated due to policy violations are not eligible for any refund — regardless of the remaining course duration or unused content access at the time of suspension.

Disclaimer

What Maximyz Cloud does and does not guarantee

Maximyz Cloud provides training services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive to deliver the highest quality learning experience, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding specific outcomes.

No Job Placement Guarantee

Maximyz Cloud does not guarantee employment, salary hikes, or job placement as a result of completing any course or program.

No Specific Results Guarantee

Learning outcomes vary based on individual effort, background, and dedication. Results discussed in testimonials are not representative of all students.

No Exam Pass Guarantee

We prepare students for AWS certification exams but do not guarantee passing scores or exam outcomes. Exam results depend entirely on the student.

Platform Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times. Planned maintenance or unexpected outages may temporarily affect availability.

Changes to Terms of Use

How updates are communicated and take effect

Maximyz Cloud reserves the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. All changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

The “Effective Date” at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility as a user to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The legal framework that applies to these Terms

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000, the Indian Contract Act 1872, and all other applicable Indian statutes.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Maximyz Cloud platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. By using our platform, you consent to this jurisdiction.
