At Maximyz Cloud, we believe in complete transparency about our payment and refund terms. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment or enrolling in a course.

This Refund Policy governs all payments made to Maximyz Cloud Academy for any course, program, registration, or training service. It applies to every individual or organization enrolling in any of our live, recorded, or blended learning programs.

We have crafted this policy to ensure complete clarity between Maximyz Cloud and its learners regarding course payment terms for online training. Before making any payment — whether a registration fee or full course fee — all prospective students are strongly advised to read this document in its entirety.

Proceeding with payment on any Maximyz Cloud platform, webpage, or representative channel constitutes your unconditional acceptance of this Refund Policy and all associated terms.

Section 2 — Core Policy

No Refund Policy

This applies to all payment types without exception

Maximyz Cloud maintains a strict no-refund policy for all payments received. This includes both the initial registration fee and any full or partial course fee payments. Once a payment is processed and confirmed, it is final and non-reversible.

Registration Fee — ₹1,000 This amount is non-refundable under any circumstances once payment is confirmed. It secures your seat in the program and activates your enrollment process.

Full Course Fee (Any Amount) Once the course fee is paid — in full or in installments — no refund will be issued under any condition, regardless of course completion status.

This policy strictly applies to all of the following:

  • Live Online Training Programs — Weekend batches, weekday sessions, and instructor-led cohorts

  • Recorded Video Courses — Self-paced programs and pre-recorded lecture libraries

  • Blended Programs — Courses combining both live sessions and recorded content

  • Corporate Training Packages — Enterprise enrollments and team training programs

  • Any Registration or Enrollment Fee — Including the mandatory ₹1,000 registration amount

Why We Have a No-Refund Policy

The operational reasons behind this policy

Our no-refund policy for online courses is a deliberate decision based on the nature of digital education and the commitment of resources at the time of enrollment. Here is why:

Immediate Digital Access

Upon payment, students receive instant access to course materials, recorded sessions, and digital resources — content that cannot be “returned” once viewed.

Mentor & Support Allocation

Each enrollment triggers resource allocation: dedicated mentor time, support slots, doubt-clearing sessions, and personalized guidance from our instructors.

Limited Batch Seats

Our live programs operate with capped batch sizes to maintain quality. A confirmed seat blocks another learner from enrolling — reservation is final.

Intellectual Property

Our curriculum, labs, assessments, and recorded lectures represent substantial intellectual investment that is protected from misuse upon payment.

Payment Acknowledgement & Agreement

What completing a payment means legally

By initiating and completing any payment to Maximyz Cloud — whether through our website, payment gateway, bank transfer, or any authorized representative — you are explicitly agreeing to the following terms:

  • You have read and understood this Refund Policy in full before making payment

  • You voluntarily agree that all payments are final, non-reversible, and non-transferable

  • You have reviewed the course curriculum, schedule, and requirements before enrolling

  • You understand that non-attendance, personal reasons, or change of plans do not qualify for a refund

  • You accept that partial use of course content does not entitle you to a partial refund

Exceptions to This Policy

The only scenario where a review may occur

Maximyz Cloud maintains a no-refund policy without exceptions in virtually all scenarios. However, we acknowledge that rare technical payment failures may occur beyond a student’s control.

⚡ Duplicate Payment — Technical Error Only

If a payment is charged more than once for the same enrollment due to a verified technical error (e.g., payment gateway fault resulting in double debit), the duplicate charge may be reviewed for a refund. This is the only scenario eligible for review.

The following are NOT considered exceptions:

  • Change of mind or personal schedule conflicts after enrollment

  • Inability to attend live sessions or access course materials

  • Job changes, relocation, or other personal/professional circumstances

  • Dissatisfaction after accessing and using course content

Important: Even in the case of a duplicate payment, a formal review and verification process will be conducted. Refund of duplicate charges is subject to confirmation from our payment gateway and finance team, and may take 7–14 working days to process.
